What is TPE ?

Thermoplastic elastomer, TPE, is an elastomeric material with a softer and more flexible texture than plastic.  TPE can be divided into several categories because of its different chemical compositions and combinations.

Introduction of SEBS Specialized Series

This series material with natural rubber elasticity and weather resistance, but also has excellent properties, such as: high abrasion resistance and wear resistance, scratch resistance and excellent anti-aging.  TPE material can be 100% recycled.  Passed through the international standard aging test, in the environment at 80 ℃ after 1000 hours oven aging and 150 ± 50 hours oven ventilation test.  This series of products through a number of internationally renowned vehicle certification and as a qualified raw material suppliers.

The H series is classed as the SEBS grade of materials. • Grade: W class、N class、T class、C class、F class、H class

Its scratch resistant properties make it excellent for consumer goods. 

H series W Grade

The material is natural color and it can be easily dyed to any color with comfortable texture and durable to any weather changes. It is often being the best choice for out-door and fitness supplies, because of its wear resistance and flexibility, moreover, it is available in a wide array of bicycle handlebars, pedals, cushions and various yoga related products.

H series N Grade

H series T Grade

The material is transparent, and follows with its stretching elasticity, like high permeability, tensile strength, and tear strength. It is environmentally safe and does not cause skin allergies or discomfort. With a hermetically sealing effect, this material is considerable to utilize in goggles and waterproof liners. Furthermore, the snorkel used to connect the oxygen tubes for diving equipment were also made by this class of material.

H series C Grade

This material is transparent with super soft, which is similar to the texture of skin. Its shockproof effect may reduce the impact of the crash to as touching the ground, particularly with bigger or bouncy actions.

H series F (FDA) Grade

The material is food grade as satisfactory to U.S. FDA regulations that made of translucent. The user may feel ease as it is a safe and non-toxic material that can replace PVC and latex materials.
Applications: food container seals, Anti-slip mats for cutting boards, cutlery, toys and teeth fixers

HR series

HA series

The optimum combination of materials : ABS、PC • Heat distortion temperature : 100℃ Cold resistance temperature : -50℃

TPV series

TPV Thermoplastic Vulcanizate
• TPV material does not need to be vulcanized in the process, it is easy to process with good 
performance and coloring, and it has natural rubber advantages of elasticity and 
durability.
• Hardness range: SHORE 25 A ~ SHORE 70 D
• The optimum combination of materials : PP、PE、EVA
• Applications:

TPU series

TPU Polyurethane Thermoplastic Elastomer
• The grades of TPU particles (resin) can be simply categorized into: injection grade, 
extrusion grade, and blowing grade.
• TPU can be recycled, coloring, and has high processing efficiency.
• Hardness range: SHORE 40 A ~ SHORE 85 D
• Applications:
1. Footwear: baseball shoes, golf shoes, soccer shoes, shoe soles and forefoot insert insoles, 
heels, boots, safety boots, etc.
